When you will hear back
We read every message and reply as soon as we can. Most mail receives an answer within two business days. Weekends and public holidays can take longer. If several people write about the same outage, we may fix the page first and then reply.
Please do not send the same note to all three inboxes. One address is enough, and it keeps the thread in one place.
What to include in a support note
A short, specific message is easier to answer than a screenshot with no context. If the test never appears, say so. If FPS looks stuck, say which level you used.
- The page or test you were on, for example Volume Shader, the 3D test, or a guide URL
- Browser and device, for example Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone, or Edge on Windows
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording if it shows the error
What email cannot do
We can help with this website and the browser tests. We cannot repair a phone, flash a GPU, change driver settings, or say from an FPS number whether a device is genuine. Live FPS is a graphics reading, not a hardware certificate. See About for what the test measures.
Purchases, refunds, and app privacy for the native apps are handled in Google Play and the App Store listings for Volume Shader, not through these inboxes.
